We stand behind the quality of every industrial automation part we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be in original condition — unused, unmodified, and in original packaging.
  • All accessories, manuals, and documentation must be included.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-configured or programmed PLCs and drives
  • Software licenses and digital products
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance"
  • Products that have been installed, wired, or powered on
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Return Process

  1. Contact us at shanghailianyou@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days and provide return authorization and shipping instructions.
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after inspection.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).
  • A 15% restocking fee may apply for non-defective returns.

Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • We will provide a prepaid return label and ship a replacement at no additional cost.
  • Please include photos or video of the issue to expedite the process.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
  • Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled — please follow the return process instead.

Warranty

All products are covered by our 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty claims are handled on a case-by-case basis. Extended warranties may be available for select products — contact us for details.
